For ministry leaders with something to create

Expand your ministry. Create new ways to serve and earn.

Discover how your teaching and expertise could reach more people, generate income and support the growth of your ministry, with help on strategy and implementation.

You may already have the material.
You need a way to develop it.

The teaching you return to. The questions people keep asking you. The subject you have spent years studying, practising or helping others understand.

You may already see the possibility of a course, book, event or membership. Or you may know there is something worth developing without knowing which format makes sense.

We start by examining what you have, who it could help and whether there is a clear reason for someone to pay for it.

Then we decide what is worth building.

Choose the right offer for what you know.

01

Courses

Turn your teaching or expertise into a structured learning experience with a clear audience, useful outcomes and a suitable delivery format.

02

Books

Clarify the idea, readership and structure, and develop a practical plan for taking the book forward.

03

Paid events

Shape an experience around a clear purpose, audience and reason to attend, with a strategy for pricing, promotion and delivery.

04

Memberships

Define the ongoing value, member experience and delivery commitments before building a recurring offer.

You do not need to create everything at once. We identify the offer that makes the most sense to develop first.

From the idea in your head to the work needed to launch it.

You may need help deciding what to create. You may already know, but need someone to help bring the pieces together.

My work connects the strategy with implementation.

  1. 01

    Shape the offer

Clarify who it serves, what they receive, why it matters and how it differs from what is already available.

  2. 02

    Build the strategy

Work through positioning, pricing, audience research, promotion and the route from initial interest to purchase.

  3. 03

    Develop and implement

Translate the strategy into content, materials, a development plan and the practical steps needed to prepare for launch, with hands-on support agreed around the project.

We agree what I will develop, deliver or coordinate, what you will provide and where specialist support is needed. The proposal sets out the responsibilities clearly.

Be clear about what people are paying for.

A paid offer needs a clear purpose and a clear explanation of its value.

Your core ministry may remain freely available. Alongside it, you may choose to develop paid resources, training, programmes or experiences, with a clear explanation of what people are paying for.

We define the teaching, resources, experience or support someone receives, and consider the preparation, delivery and costs involved.

That gives us a practical foundation for pricing and communicating the offer in a way that respects both your values and the people you want to serve.

Emergy has provided exceptional support in creating my brand identity, developing the ministry journal, course structure and designing a professional website that truly reflects the vision, values, and purpose of my organisation. The finished products have exceeded my expectations.

The Masterclass

Serve Well, Earn Well

You have something valuable to share. Let’s explore how it could become a paid offer.

Perhaps people already come to you for advice. You have knowledge, experience or teaching that helps others, but you’re unsure how to turn it into something people will pay for.

Where do you start? Who would it help? How do you reach them? And what do you charge?

In this practical online masterclass, we’ll explore how to serve people thoughtfully while building an income from your expertise.

We’ll cover:

  • Who you can serve: Identify the people your knowledge and experience could help, and understand what they need.
  • What you could offer: Explore courses, workshops, books, events and memberships, and consider which format suits your idea.
  • How to grow an audience: Learn practical ways to become visible, share useful content and build trust with the right people.
  • How to serve well: Shape an offer around a clear need and explain the value people can expect.
  • What to charge: Understand what to consider when setting a price, including your time, costs, support and the value of the offer.
  • Where to begin: Choose an idea to explore further and identify your next practical steps.

Come with your ideas, your questions and something to write on. You don’t need an established business or a finished offer.

The session is open to women in business and ministry. If you lead a ministry, it is a practical way to explore paid resources or programmes alongside your freely available ministry.
